1. Returns

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used personal care products (shampoo, conditioner, etc.)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged), we will cover the return shipping.
